A Development Contributions Plan is required to demonstrate the proposed calculation and method of implementing service infrastructure so as to:

• coordinate the provision of that infrastructure
• provide for the equitable distribution and sharing of the costs of infrastructure and DCP administrative costs between owners
• ensure that cost contributions are reasonably required as a result of the subdivision and development of land in the Development Contribution Area

A Development Contribution Area is shown on the Area Plan and annotated as ‘Development Contribution’ with an identification number and is included in Planning Scheme Schedule No. .
