Alcoa Residue Area Scheme Amendment

Justification in support of two Scheme Amendments to expand Alcoa’s Kwinana Residue Areas N, O and P to facilitate closure of Area F.

The documentation required road closure and amalgamation procedures, optional road planning and review of the Residue Management Strategy. To facilitate approvals, advice to Alcoa about negotiations with the Town of Kwinana and LandCorp, development Agency for Latitude 32, was integral.
