Western Trade Coast Brief

The objective of the Western Trade Coast Brief was to the prepare a Structure Plan that identified compatible land uses and promoted consistency and alignment of local schemes that surround the strategic industrial area in Kwinana. The essential approach involved an analysis of the Western Trade Coast land use and zoning interface with surrounding areas, identify inconsistencies in existing Planning Schemes and Structure Plans, create a compatible land use Structure Plan for the Western Trade Coast industrial area. This was supported by a descriptive matrix that outlined inconsistencies, recommendations and responsible agencies to improve alignment of Planning Schemes and Structure Plans.
